I served as a Graphic Designer at Graphis, Inc., where I led the annual book design and production process for six annual publications and other books celebrating the best in global visual communication. My role involved managing a team of up to seven designers and interns, guiding them in executing visually compelling layouts and ensuring adherence to the highest design standards. Working in close collaboration with the Creative Director, I ensured a cohesive design flow, exceptional image quality, and accurate information presentation. I also managed the print production process, maintaining close contact with printers to achieve optimal color and print quality.
